An Upcountry property owner blamed PG&E's repeated tree-thinning campaigns for opening the forest to wind and snow load, causing the worst tree fall he's seen, 9-11 day outages, and ground mess he says PG&E doesn't clean up; he's taken the issue to the CPUC.
